Welcome to Nadine Do. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

We make every effort to display our products and colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

3. Pre-Orders

Our aprons are currently sold on a pre-order basis.

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to be prepared before it is dispatched.

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided as a guide and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices include free PUDO Locker-to-Locker shipping within South Africa, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

For information regarding cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within South Africa only.

All South African orders are shipped using PUDO Locker-to-Locker.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include the pre-order processing time.

7. Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping and contact information when placing an order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has been dispatched.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including photographs, videos, logos, branding, product designs, graphics and written content, is the property of Nadine Do and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nadine Do shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.
