How does pre-order work?
All aprons are made on a pre-order basis.
Production begins as orders are received, allowing us to start making your apron as soon as possible. This helps us reduce waste and ensure each apron is made with care.
Please allow approximately 2 weeks for production before your order is shipped.
When will my apron be shipped?
Your apron will usually be shipped within approximately 2 weeks after your order is placed.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE PUDO Locker-to-Locker shipping anywhere in South Africa.
How do I choose my PUDO locker?
After placing your order, we'll contact you to confirm your preferred PUDO Locker if needed.
We'll make the process as simple as possible and provide any assistance if you're unsure which locker to choose.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within South Africa.
What size are the aprons?
Both aprons are designed as one-size-fits-most.
The Baker
Features an adjustable back strap, allowing you to customise the fit for different torso lengths.
The Cook
Features an adjustable neck strap and long waist ties for a comfortable, adjustable fit.
What are the aprons made from?
Both aprons are made from durable denim with carefully selected striped fabric details.
They're designed to be comfortable, practical, and made to last through everyday cooking and baking.
Are the aprons machine washable?
Yes.
We recommend washing your apron on a cold or gentle cycle and allowing it to air dry where possible to help preserve the fabric and embroidery.
Can I return my apron?
If your apron arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We'll gladly offer either:
- a replacement apron, or
- a full refund.
Because each apron is made to order, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind.
