At Nadine Do, every apron is carefully prepared and personally inspected before it is shipped. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.

Please read our Refund & Returns Policy below.

Made-to-Order Products

All aprons are sold on a pre-order basis and are made especially for each customer.

Production begins shortly after your payment has been received. Because of this, cancellation requests can only be considered before production has started.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

Change of Mind

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind after your order has entered production or after you have received your apron.

We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although every apron is personally inspected before it is shipped, if you receive an item that is:

Faulty
Damaged during delivery
Incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us assess the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the item and, where applicable, the packaging

Our Resolution

Once we have reviewed your request, we will determine the most appropriate solution.

If your claim is approved, you may choose between:

A replacement apron, or
A full refund.

If the issue was caused by our error or a manufacturing defect, we will also cover any reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Return Conditions

Returned items must not be intentionally damaged, altered, or misused.

We reserve the right to decline a refund or replacement where there is evidence that the product has been improperly used or the damage was not caused by a manufacturing fault or shipping issue.
